Have you fished above/below the Cavendish Dam on the Black River?
David Deen and the Connecticut River Valley TU Chapter are looking for folks who have fished above/below the Cavendish Dam on the Black River. Currently, the dam is going through FERC relicensing. David and colleagues are looking for documentation of the presence of trout (and other fish) in the gorge area above and below the dam. If you have a picture(s), please send to David Deen at strictlytrout@vermontel.net. Also, if you know of someone who does fish that reach of river, please send their name and contact information along to David, too.
White River Open Cancelled
GUVTU cancelled the upcoming White River Open because of COVID-19. We are really sorry to miss everyone this year and appreciate your continued support.
Bamboo Rod Raffle
The raffle drawing for the bamboo rod that many GUVTUers bought tickets for is postponed to a later date (TBD) due to COVID-19. Please stay tuned for more details and thanks for your patience.
